Registration
Registration for the 2012 Conference will begin on December 6, 2011. Attendees can register for the Conference or the Conference plus the Pre-Conference Introduction to Grants Managment Workshop. Only those individuals registering for the Conference will be able to register for the Pre-Conference Workshop. The GMN Conference does not offer single day registrations.
Registration Rates
GMN Contributing Organization Members
GMN members whose employers are active Contributing Organization Members as of the opening of 2012 conference registration are eligible for the following discounted registration rates.
Early Bird Registration:
Conference: $550
Conference & Pre-Conference Introduction to Grants Management Workshop: $725
Registration (After February 28, 2012):
Conference: $650
Conference & Pre-Conference Introduction to Grants Management Workshop: $825
Meals are included in your registration fee. Monday includes breakfast, lunch, and an evening networking event. Tuesday includes breakfast and lunch. Wednesday includes breakfast.

Regular Registration
All other GMN members, grantmaking colleagues, partners, and others interested in exploring efficient and effective grantmaking are eligible for the following regular registration rates.
Early Bird Registration:

Conference: $750
Conference & Pre-Conference Introduction to Grants Management Workshop: $945
What Your Registration Fee Includes
Your registration fee includes:
- Meals. Monday includes breakfast and lunch. Tuesday includes breakfast and lunch. Wednesday includes breakfast.
- Networking event on Monday evening.
- Flash drive with conference handouts, presentations, and other materials supporting the 35 sessions.
- Access to the exhibit hall to learn about the latest technology, tools, and services available to support grants management.
Scholarships
There will be a limited number of registration scholarships made available to GMN members. Click here for more information.
Single Day or Exhibit Hall Registration
GMN does not offer single day or exhibit hall-only access for its conference.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations requests received by February 20, 2012 will receive a full refund. After February 20, 2012, no refunds will be possible. In the event that you need to cancel your conference registration or transfer it to a colleague, please contact the Event Professionals at 770-760-9998 to receive a refund or substitution request form. All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted on this form. E-mail and phone requests cannot be accepted.
