The Grand Hyatt Seattle is the official hotel for the conference. Our room block is now full. We do have an overflow hotel, the Olive 8 Hyatt (1635 8th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101), located directly across the street from the Grand Hyatt. Make sure you mention "Grants Managers Network or GMN Conference" in order to receive the discounted rate. FROM SEA-TAC AIRPORT
The new SoundTransit light rail is the most cost effective way to travel to/from Sea-Tac airport. The light rail will take about 37 minutes to reach downtown. It runs from Sea-Tac airport every 15 minutes – Monday thru Saturday (5:04 am – 12:10 am) and Sunday (6:19 am – 11:05 pm). Use Skybridge # 6 at the airport to catch the light rail to the Westlake station. Westlake is the closest station near the hotel and is about 2 blocks away. This was my first--but not my last conference. It was great to be at a conference and meet others doing similar work who had the same issues. It was just difficult to pick sessions because I wanted to attend them all.
