These were some of the results of the 2011 Salary Survey. The GMN Salary Survey is a biannual examination of grants management compensation and benefits. It guides employers looking to measure salary ranges, check salary increase trends, and compare benefits relative to similar grantmaking organizations. It also helps grants managers understand their value and negotiate competitive compensation.
